Sdiptech was to buy a company in need of succession and also relocation of operations to larger premises.

Solution

Our Business Areas Corporate Matchmaking, Legal, HR and Consulting worked together where the Corporate Matchmaking team project managed the acquisition process with assistans from our Legal team who handled the legal due diligence and documentation. Post acquisition our HR team initiated a recruitment strategy to enable a successful succession while Consulting served as project manager throughout the relocation process.
